Most items are printed in bulk and thereore, the turn around time is 1-2 days. However, if ordering a kit, these genrally take longer due to printing with ABS/PC/PCCF and having numerous parts and QC checks.

If any product should arrive with visible defects, please take photos and email to [email protected] and include your order number. We’ll work with you to fix the issue. We got you!

We offer a full refund up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Any returns must be in the original packaging .

Generally yes. We can accomodate most custom prints, as long as we have the time to review the stl file and there are no other issues.

The main reason for opening an online store vs. Etsy is mainly due to etsy ever increasing fees and strict guidelines or items which can be listed.

Yes. We dont see any bank/card related infomation and is handled directly by the online processing systems / gateways.

All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

While we can definatley try to help and give advice, the best course of action is to join the relevant online communities that have more people and more knowlesge than just one place. Therefore, i would advise you to to check out the online forums / discord for a better overall solution.
